This policy explains how information is handled when you use Kutu Patlat (the "Game") for iPhone and iPad.

In short: Kutu Patlat has no ads, does not track you and collects no personal data. No account is needed. Your progress is stored only on your device.

1. Data we collect

None. The Game has no servers of its own. We do not collect your name, email, location or device identifiers. Your scores, coins, levels, themes and settings stay on your device. The Game contains no advertising, analytics or tracking tools (third-party SDKs).

2. Apple services

Kutu Club membership and purchases: All payments are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. The Game only checks whether your membership is active using Apple's records on your device.
Game Center: If you use leaderboards, your score is sent to Apple with your Game Center account, under the Apple Privacy Policy.
Notifications: If you turn on the Daily Challenge Reminder, it is scheduled locally on your device. No data is sent to any server.

3. App Store privacy label

4. Children

The Game is suitable for all ages (4+). There are no ads, chat, messaging or user-generated content. We do not collect personal data from children. Parents can block purchases with Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions.

5. Your rights (GDPR, KVKK and similar laws)

You have rights to access, correct and delete personal data. Because we do not collect or store personal data, all Game data stays on a device you control. Contact us with any questions.

6. Deleting your data

Deleting the Game from your device removes all data it stored. Your membership is tied to your Apple Account and continues until cancelled.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date at the top.
